About

The Middlebury Garden Club is an enthusiastic organization dedicated to offering gardening education and community service opportunities in Middlebury and Addison County, Vermont. One of the oldest garden clubs in Vermont, it was founded in 1933 by members of the local Women's Club to pursue their interests in gardening, floral design, youth programs and flower shows as well as community beautification. The Club maintains the Sheldon Museum Garden on Park Street for public enjoyment.

The Middlebury Garden Club invites you to enjoy the beautiful gardens adjacent to the Henry Sheldon Museum on Park St., which its members maintain for your enjoyment. Take a break from your shopping to relax near the new zinnia bed or other blooms. The garden is open every day from dawn to dusk and has places to sit.
