Mad River Exchange

Mad River Exchange is an incubator space for food preparation with a retail operation in Vermont's Mad River Valley. We are currently home to Mad River Donuts, Lady Shortbread bakery, and others lined up this summer. Our pub space, run by Mad Events, is available for private parties, pop-up restaurants and other special events. When not being rented, the pub will be open to the public, serving beer, wine, select cocktails and mocktails.
