Previous experience is preferred but not necessary. Comprehensive training is provided for the right candidate who is eager to learn and grow with us.
Qualifications:
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Have reliable transportation to travel to properties
• Be dependable, trustworthy, and punctual
• Have a strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills
• Handle basic maintenance and cleaning tasks
• Ability to maintain a professional appearance
• Interact positively with guests and homeowners
• A willingness to learn and follow instructions
Responsibilities include:
• Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing
• Clean and maintain assigned areas according to company standard
• Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are properly utilized and stored
• Notify supervisors of damages, deficits, and disturbances
• Take inventory of what supplies need restocking in rentals
• Change bed linens and perform laundry tasks as needed
• Organize and declutter spaces to maintain a tidy environment
