Helping teens and young adults discover what's next! With over 20 years of experience working with teens and young adults, I bring passionate advocacy and much needed safe space for individuals to discover their authentic self, find their voice, and gain agency.

Using my Master's in Secondary Education, 3+ years in the classroom, 5 years supervising teens at Flashbags, 2+ years at the police department, many seasons of sports coaching and volunteer leadership, as well as 2+ years of group and 1-on-1 coaching of individuals with complex PTSD, I'm looking for parents who want to receive extra support for their teen or young adult. The kind of support that helps increase your visibility about what is really going on for them and lays a foundation for better communication and collaboration regarding what comes next.

My goal is to nurture self-discovery, growth and meaningful engagement in order to build self-worth and confidence so that they can discover what's next.
