With over 30 years of fitness teaching experience and 25 years of massage, I offer a grounded and rejuvenating approach to my clients. My teaching is guided by the philosophy that feeling well and being aware of one's health are central to a happy and fulfilling life. My one-on-one and small group yoga therapy sessions are primarily for pre/post surgery preparedness, pain management, and lifestyle and weight management.
