Join us for our monthly Restorative Yoga & Guided Meditation class.
The primary focus of this special two hour practice will be on gentle and supported restorative floor postures. The final 30 minutes will be guided as a traditional healing meditation with Shiva as the Lord of Meditation. The mantra recitation and inner visualization will magnify our intentions and eventually expand out into the surrounding nature, our community, the globe and Mother Earth.
