In-Sight Photography Project is a nonprofit organization founded in 1992. In-Sight Photography Project is a nonprofit organization founded in 1992. Our mission is to create opportunities for youth (11 to 18) to use the photographic arts (darkroom, digital, and video) as a technical and expressive medium that fosters personal and artistic development and cultural engagement. In all that we do, In-Sight values nurturing for youth a place of belonging, community, and empowerment. Classes and opportunities in photography are offered through a no-questions asked, self-selected sliding scale fee structure that is non-stigmatizing. All equipment is provided while participants learn and create in our professional level facility.
