- In October Hula shared with prospective parking vendors priorities for its parking program to 1.) increase on-campus parking density; 2.) increase affordability of parking for Hula members; 3.) increase access for non-Hula members to access Hula's parking program outside of business hours.
- In November Hula will develop an internal recommendation for implementing a revised parking program at Hula including private office and community members, event participants, and the general public.
- In December Hula anticipates executing a contract with a parking provider that can achieve the goals described above, and from there will develop and share a 2025 revised parking program implementation plan.

I am pleased to share that the committee includes at least one representative from every street in the Lakeside neighborhood; representatives from the Hula community; St. John's Club representatives; and, DPW representation. Thanks to all who participated!

-- DPW shared their early work underway studying parking utilization in the Lakeside neighborhood and in Hula's onsite parking lot.
-- Hula affirmed its commitment to improve access and affordability of onsite parking for Hula members and visitors and for Lakeside residents, guests, and visitors to the neighborhood, and shared continued parking program awareness efforts on campus with members and visitors.
-- St. John's Club representatives shared their desire to partner more closely with Hula in this effort to facilitate visitor access to the neighborhood.
October meeting priorities include:
-- Establishing shared values to guide the committee's remaining work.
-- Hula and DPW sharing potential parking options per conversations with alternative parking providers.
-- Hula to share summarized Hula member survey results specific to the current parking program.
