Grace your Easter table with Hollister Hill Farm quality meats fresh from the butcher. We have many hams (fresh and naturally smoked) in 2- to 5-lb. cuts. We also have several racks of lamb, butterflied lamb shoulders, ground lamb and lamb roasts. Our hams are gloriously simple to prepare. We love this super easy recipe for Hollister Hill Farm Maple Cured Smoked Ham: *Place ham cut side down in a heavy pan. Pour apple cider over the ham until there is 3/4" of cider in the bottom of the pan. Cover pan with foil. *Bake at 325-350 degrees for 15 minutes per pound. *Uncover ham for final 30 minutes of cooking time. *When ham is done (internal temperature is 145 degrees), remove from pan and keep warm. *Reduce cider and ham drippings until thickened. If you're a guest somewhere for Easter dinner, our wood-fired maple syrup in presentation packaging is an excellent gift. A quart costs about the same as a decent bottle of wine but will last the recipient much longer and deliver sweet memories of your visit for many meals. We have both glass and tin quarts in medium amber and dark amber grades. And pints of fancy (i.e. delicate) grade, too.

If you can, come on Saturday after 9 a.m. in time for our weekly delivery of amazing Local Donuts, and say hi to the animals while you're here.

Happy Easter!
