With deep listening and compassionate presence, together we will explore current and past health history and goals, nutrition, life circumstances, constitutional patterns and body systems while drawing on wisdom from Western and Chinese herbal traditions. After our initial consultation I provide you a customized written protocol and a 30 minute follow up to review and answer any questions.
Protocols include a combination of herbal, diet, lifestyle and supplement recommendations assembled in an easy to follow format. Resources may include practices such as mindfulness meditation, movement, breath work, aromatherapy & nature connection exercises to support your process towards optimal well being.
No one is turned away for lack of funds. Consultations are currently offered by video conference. House calls are also available depending on location and schedule - please inquire to discuss options.
