This yoga class is a balanced hatha flow that gently stretches and strengthens the whole body through breathing techniques, standing poses, seated stretches, and reclining postures. You'll feel refreshed and grounded at the end of an hour. Expect a few minutes of silence at the start of the practice and a long savasana at the end.
No experience necessary. All ages and body types welcome! Please bring a yoga mat and props.
