Each class will include:
A research-based overview of preventative wellness and protocols for the topic.
A wellness packet with follow-up online support.
Creating home remedies designed for your unique constitution.
A short yoga sequence to address each issue.
Mindfulness meditation to support each condition.
An emphasis on local community wellness support.
Alexis Houston, CMT, is a certified herbalist, health coach, and yoga teacher who has been a holistic practitioner and educator for twenty-five years. She resides in Rochester, VT, and practices at 145 Peavine Drive, our local wellness center.

2. How to design a plan using plant allies for support and creating remedies at home
3. A short yoga sequence to address specific issues
4. Mindfulness meditation for healing
5. How to seek and effectively integrate alternative modalities you can trust
All classes take place on Saturdays from 9:30am to 12:00noon at PHFC
