We all experience death and loss in this life. And when we experience loss, grief is the natural, human response to profound change. You may be grieving the death of a beloved partner, family member, friend or cherished pet. Perhaps you are experiencing the loss of a relationship, a separation from an important community or feeling burnt out in political organizing. Or maybe you are grieving alongside someone you love who has lost a parent or partner. You are not alone. All griefs are connected.
I am a fellow human who can be with you and your feelings in a supportive container. I welcome and honor the depth of your broken heart.
Sessions are typically 1 hour long, in person at my office in Montpelier. I operate on a sliding scale fee structure; ($30-$150 per session) which is always negotiable.
