Our goal is to help empower customers to feel confident with the use, purchasing, and technical side of whatever technology is in their lives. We feel too many services available today, especially big box retail stores, take advantage of people not knowing much about technology and prey on this to make sales and create high-pressure situations. The extra services these stores provide are often not very helpful or are at a huge upcharge - sometimes as much as the device itself.
At Green Mountain Tech Guidance, we know there is a better way to help people without selling services you don't need or pushing a new product on you. We are here to speak with you about what you will actually benefit from, help you purchase or set it up, and then support you to keep it running.
