Burlington native veteran of the VT Air National Guard Security Forces and 20-year student of Bruce Lee's Jeet Kune Do now offering Personal Training services in Chittenden County and the surrounding area. National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist, Stretching and Flexibility Coach, and Nutrition Coach, AHA CPR/AED/First Aid certified. Since the age of 16, I have studied under the guidance of my Sifu, Peter Easterlind of Coastal Gung Fu and Boxing in Marblehead MA, and through continued exploration of the long tradition of my martial arts lineage. Going back through Sigung Steve Golden to the late Sijo Lee and Grandmaster Ip Man, I have been inspired to study Taoism, Buddhism, and various martial styles to arrive at what is now Green Mountain Jeet Kune Do.
