Green Heart Farm is a small family farm in the Parker Hill Historic District of Springfield, Vt. We raise 100% grass fed purebred Icelandic Sheep, an incredibly hardy and versatile primitive breed with superb wool, meat, and milk. Icelandic Lamb is often referred to as Gourmet Lamb.
