We, Grateful Greens, grow super nutrient-dense greens (sunflower and pea shoots) in our indoor farm in downtown Brattleboro. We often have a lot of extra greens at the end of the week. We're looking for good uses for them. These can make great fresh, nutritious food for your chickens or other animals. We grow year-round! If interested, please give us a call, text, or email. (803-451-0236, farm@gratefulgreensvt.com) We also have a ton of compost material in the bottom half of the harvested 10x20 trays we grow every week. We plant in organic potting soil, grow the greens for less than 2 weeks, and then dump the contents of the trays into bins. This contains the barely used potting soil, along with roots, stem, and hulls. We currently don't use it for anything and would love to put it t good use! Please reach out if you're interested (803-451-0236, farm@gratefulgreensvt.com) Thanks so much for serving us all quality food! Well wishes, James and the GG team.
