My name is Jessie Owens and I am Structural Integration (SI) and Myofascial Bodywork practitioner. SI is a style of bodywork that takes a systematic, whole body approach to working with chronic patterns of pain and tension to create lasting change. Myofascial Bodywork can help to treat injuries, increase mobility, and ease tension and pain. I teach movement and embodied education, as well as myofascial self-care classes in-person and online.
