A 5th generation VT family farm, we strive to optimize human nutrition and animal welfare while minimizing our farm's environmental impact. Raising American Aberdeen Angus (Australian Lowlines) on a 100% grass-fed diet out on pastures. Our cattle produce some of the best tasting and tender beef as close to nature as possible. Offering individual specialty cuts, 1/4, 1/2 & whole beef shares. All beef is hormone/antibiotic free and raised under humane practices.
