Forest Refuge Massage Therapy

My name is Christine and I am a Certified Massage Therapist practicing in Middlebury, VT.

I am drawn to using massage therapy as a way to down regulate the nervous system and bring us back to our only true home, our body. I work with an intention of settling and releasing emotional and physical tensions. I offer a safe and nurturing space. I believe in cultivating a body positive culture and thank each client for their trust.
