Good morning everyone! I would like to start off by expressing my gratitude to the community here on Front Porch Forum. I have helped out a lot of people pass inspections and met some cool people along the way. Just a subtle reminder. If I was able to help you out please spread the word about my services.

Secondly if you think you might have an issue with rust or rot for a small fee I will give you a pre inspection with a detailed estimate of cost to repair. This service is ideal because when you go to get inspection everything they find is documented and recorded and shared on a computer server. Why get flagged? Let's get it taken care of before they start poking holes with their screw driver. lo
