Ericca Long Massage + Stretch

Hello! I'm Ericca and I'm an experienced massage therapist (12+ years) and trainer (15+) with a wide variety of knowledge and expertise in massage, stretch, anatomy, kinesiology, and corrective exercise. I've worked with all sorts of bodies and special populations, and I'm here to help! I'm a medium pressure therapist who utilizes a lot of different techniques at my in-home studio. I'm available for just massage or stretching, or combining both.
