Empowered Birthing VT

We are two doulas living in St. Johnsbury. A doula is a non-medical birth professional who provides physical and emotional support to a laboring parent. Research has shown that doulas reduce rates of induction, epidurals, and c-sections while increasing birth satisfaction among their clients.
