Greetings Neighbors! My name is Kaitlyn Wainscott, CMT and I have recently started offering gentle bodywork modalities here in Shelburne. In a time of increasing stress, I believe it is more important than ever to prioritize our own wellbeing (mind/body/spirit) so that we can be ready for what life brings and to support those we love.
Through grounding embodied modalities, I offer support to each individual's unique healing journey in a comfortable, safe and relaxing environment.
My offerings support the body's natural healing ability:
- 60 Minute Gentle Massage using the Chinese Massage Techniques of Tui Na. Tui Na utilizes gliding strokes and circular pressure along with other gentle techniques and acupressure as appropriate to circulate Qi, blood and lymphatic fluid.
- Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy (Student Practice Sessions) using gentle and grounding hands-on body therapy with no physical manipulation founded in osteopathy. People generally find this a relaxing and great opportunity to experience cranial work for free.
For more information you can call me at (802) 488-5076 and view my website: https://sites.google.com/view/embodied-wellness/home
