ELEV802 Performance + Custom Ice is currently seeking an office manager to join our busy team at Essex Junction location. ELEV802 was established in November 2019 and is a leader in private hockey lessons and off-ice training. We are looking for someone who shares our passion for high quality work and client loyalty, and thrives in a fast paced atmosphere.

Candidates must have good verbal and written skills and be experienced with client scheduling. The applicant must be comfortable interacting with clients, vendors as well as company personnel.

Office responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
answering phone calls, greeting clients, scheduling with our online Mindbody software, maintaining company and project documents and filming hockey/office content for our social media platforms. Ability to provide accounting/Bookkeeping services is a plus.

This is a part time position with hours on Monday to Friday from 8am-2pm, with the ability to do more if needed.
