In addition to fixing the problem itself, I want to walk you through and explain what caused the issue in the first place, enabling you to better use your electronic tools in the future. We control these objects, they don't control us!
I’ve used a lot of gizmos in my time and have experience working through a number of their common glitches (and some not so common). If I can’t fix the problem myself I'll offer advice about what to do or which professional to see next.
