The poems capture the beauty, serenity, and spirituality the author experiences while walking various trails, including the famed Long Trail that traverses the spine of the Green Mountains.

This is the most heartwarming book I have read in a very long time…it took me to a place a deep thought and reflection.

Terry writes about the peace and serenity he finds exploring the outdoors of Vermont. I shared these same emotions while reading his work…

Excellent read with an even better message…allows you to embrace the bucolic setting of the mountains while also making you think. Feels like you're walking alongside the author.

5.0 out of 5 stars
So many parts of "Thoughts from a Walk" are gifts, thoughts, reflections, conclusions…unearthed over time as he moves up and down the paths and trails near his home in Vermont. …reminds me of another one-time Vermont writer, Robert Frost…

5.0 out of 5 stars
…the book that will give you insights for every day, every mood, every thought…moments of reflection…this book is poetry, a journal, a book of writings that will provide thought, questions, inspiration, and peace…

5.0 out of 5 stars
This book by Terry Lovelette is a balm to the soul. Clearly, a man who has done some deep thinking and pens the results in his poetry and prose…I've been reading one entry at a time, thinking on those things, and asking myself if there is any action item I might need to take to live a more inspired life.

5.0 out of 5 stars
I would highly recommend this book as a daily read for kicking off your day! There are multiple messages you can gain from the author…enjoyable with lots of thought engaging messages for the soul!
