I provide individual therapy via telehealth only to adults ages 18-63. The focus of my therapy is to support individuals who need some extra support around finding more power and control within themselves to navigate issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, attachment issues, relationship issues, or life transitions. I also provide support to parents around navigating the stressors of parenthood and learning more about yourself and how to manage your own stress and anxiety around the challenges of raising kids.

I accept all major insurances including VT Medicaid, BCBSVT, Cigna, and MVP. I also accept private pay clients and offer a sliding scale if needed.
