Some of the services I offer include:
Carpentry - Deck boards / railings / balusters (repair or installation). Small deck installations. Trim, baseboards, headboards, transitions, etc. Custom shelving, closets, entryways. Siding repairs, shed repairs and new shed construction. Rot repair and weatherization.
Maintenance - Vent cleaning (dryers, heating ducts, heat pumps), filter replacement (fridge, whole-house, heating systems). Air conditioner install/removal. Storm clean-up / debris removal. Pressure washing, window cleaning, gutter cleaning.
Installation, replacements, repairs - Lighting and Plumbing fixtures, leaky faucets and running toilets. Hanging of TV's, pictures, mirrors, shelves, towel bars and hooks, etc. Installation of smoke and CO detectors. Window treatment. Removal and installation of washing machines, dryers, electric dishwashers, electric stoves.
Odd Jobs - door / cabinet hardware repair, drywall repair and wall / room painting. Smaller exterior painting projects, winterization, household baby and pet proofing.
