Position: ReStore Associate
Location: Waterbury ReStore, 149 South Main St., Waterbury, VT
Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Job Type: Full-Time, Hourly

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the ReStore Manager with day-to-day operations.
Pickup donations with our Donation Pickup Driver in Habitat for Humanity vehicles.
Safely load and unload donations, and ensure that unsaleable items are properly disposed of.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment both inside and outside the store.
Operate the Point of Sale system to process transactions accurately.
Assist with volunteer training and ensure safe work practices.

Requirements:

Valid driver's license.
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and use moving equipment safely.
Strong communication skills and ability to relate to people of diverse backgrounds.
Retail experience is helpful, but not required.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to work in various weather conditions and perform physical tasks.
