I believe that animals are entitled to access the planet the same way humans do. My animals are not causing destruction, they are simply crossing the road and sometimes inconveniencing drivers for 30 seconds.

Last year my sow tore down the fence repeatedly which ultimately lead to her being slaughtered. Her and her piglets got out many times causing chaos here.

During this time I had neighbors call 911 (LOL) and report me multiple times to the town. Not one neighbor asked me if I needed any help.
What I have witnessed from Westford residents in the last year:

-driving by my house aggressively honking their horn even if there is not an animal in sight.
-screaming profanity at the animals.
-swerving to try and deliberately hit my animals.
-stopping their vehicles and calling the animals out into the road.
-allowing their children to make goat noises at the animals on my property.
-I've been screamed at by men driving by. I've even had men show up on my property to scream at me.
-screaming and honking at my geese who enjoy the fresh water stream on my property NEAR the road.

If you are one of the people who are enraged by the fact that my animals are existing in a way that requires you to be alert, drive the speed limit, and not text and drive then I urge you to take a look at yourself.

I also want to acknowledge the many kind people who have stopped by or messaged me to tell me how happy seeing my animals makes them. Some neighbors take the route by my house specifically to see my animals if they are having a bad day.

If people are specifically driving Brookside road just to see the animals you can take a different route as well if you're enraged by my unconventional farm. I'm doing my best to keep my animals on my property but sometimes we cross the street and you might be driving by at that time.
