About

Bennington County Habitat for Humanity runs two construction programs -- new construction and home repair. We build new homes and do minor home repairs. Local volunteers do the construction work. Homes are sold at no-interest to homebuyer families who invest sweat equity to help build their houses.

Calling all students!
Bennington County Habitat for humanity is launching their 4th annual Model Home Building Contest, open to all students K-12 who live or attend school in Bennington County.
Previously we have done this event via video submissions, but this year the event is totally in person!

There is also a curriculum guide for teachers and homeschooling parents should they like to make this into a school lesson.
