AW Clark Builders is a well-established family-owned custom home building and remodeling company based in Waitsfield, VT with a reputation for high quality craftsmanship. We are currently looking to hire carpenters to add to our current crew.

Responsibilities:
- Perform carpentry work with attention to detail on residential construction projects.
- Read & interpret blueprints, drawings & project specifications.
- Measure & cut wood and other products used in construction assemblies.
- Install products within construction assemblies.
- Ensure work is completed to a high quality and in compliance with codes & specifications.
- Work efficiently with other crew members.
- Communicate well with other crew members.
- Maintain and safely use tools & equipment.

Qualifications:
- Reliable
- Hard Working/Self Motivated
- Good sense of humor
- Willing to Learn & perform all aspects of residential construction
- Experience in Carpentry with an understanding of carpentry methods & techniques.
- Proficiency and safety with carpentry tools & equipment.
- Problem solving & attention to detail.
- Good Communication and teamwork skills.
- Valid Driver's License with reliable transportation
