I am a Registered Psychotherapist with a degree in Clinical Psychology. I have worked with youth and adults for over 20 years. I use both Cognitive Behavioral and Humanistic Therapeutic approaches, which encourages clients to gain insight into their own behaviors, and perhaps change them.
I also engage in Energy Psychology work as well, which is a method of helping our bodies to "let go" of past trauma at the pace of the client.
I accept out-of-pocket and charge $140 per hour. I also accept BCBS and Medicaid.
