I teach gentle All Levels Yoga classes that are designed to honor wherever you are at physically, mentally, and spiritually. No experience needed!

Along with Group and Individual Yoga/Meditation classes, I also offer Thai Bodywork which is a modality that weaves massage and passive stretching.

I am also in the process of becoming a certified Reflexologist. This work integrates relaxation techniques with the hands, feet, and ears along with education on foot measuring and healthy footwear.

My intention is to provide a sacred space for deep relaxation and healing, free from expectations or judgements.

I currently teach at a retreat center in Underhill and will be beginning classes soon at the new community center in Waterville once I have more feedback on days/times that work well for our community.
