A last-minute reminder that this month's Ward 1, Ward 8 NPA Meeting takes place Wednesday evening, Oct 12th, at UVM Medical Center's McClure Lobby Conference room, starting at 7.00 p.m.
This will be our last chance to hear different views on Burlington Town Center Redevelopment from Devonwood Investors (Don Sinex, Elizabeth Miller and Jesse Beck) and the Coalition for Liveable City before November 8th.
Is the Devonwood proposal economically "transformational" or unnecessarily out of scale with our small city?
Constructive presentations will be offered, but most important will be your voices and opinions, so please join us for that.
We will also hear from your City Councillors, the BFD about bonding for new fire trucks, and we'll introduce Noelle MacKay, newly minted CEDO Director.
There will be free parking available in the McClure Garage.
All are enthusiastically invited to contribute to what should be an absorbing meeting - hope to see you there.
