Dear Community: You are cordially invited to the Lanpher Memorial Library on Saturday, October 15th from 2:00-4:00 p.m. for a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony for our newly updated accessible Church Street parking space and entrance, and to Celebrate our 100th Anniversary! The first part will be for the formalities: 2:00 Ribbon Cutting; Welcome into the Library, Refreshments. 2:30 A Recognition of our Past and a look ahead; First Annual Awards: The Marrion Hood Lanpher Memorial Library Legacy Award honors the memory of Jean Knight; The Lanpher Memorial Library Spirit of Community Award Recognizes Marilyn May and Maria Colombo. After the more formal portion, there will be time for mingling, visiting, and exploring the Lanpher Memorial Library. Special Guests, Delicious Refreshments, Friends, Neighbors and Celebration.
