The Humane Society of Addison County (Homeward Bound) will present information about its Senior-to-Senior Adoption Program at the Bixby Library in Vergennes. This program seeks to place "senior" animals (age 8 or above) with senior citizens (age 55 or above) who have the capacity to care for them. These deserving animals who are in need of "forever" homes will provide endless love and companionship to their new owners. Adoption fees are waived. Come and meet one of Homeward Bound's adoptable animals and learn about the program! Event is in the Otter Creek Room - entrance is at the back of the Library.
