Myra Flynn is always a welcome addition to our calendar at Shelburne Vineyard. She'll be back on our stage this Saturday evening, October 15, at 6 PM, accompanied by her longtime musical partner, Paul Boffa. The pair, who both hail from VT, play together whenever Myra is back here in VT from tours or from her California "home away from home". And, Myra never forgets Shelburne Vineyard when planning her home state tour.

Image magazine describes Myra’s performance as soulful and sensuous, plying subjects from ” love, heartbreak and the human experience in the affecting poetic tradition of Tracy Chapman and Joni Mitchell,” all in her “robust alto” voice. With her warm and personal presence, she keeps up a running conversation with the audience throughout the evening and her power moves you well beyond what the music itself brings to the performance. Between her relaxed piano riffs and smooth, soulful voice and Paul Boffa’s guitar, you'll be riveted, relaxed and engaged as they do what they're so good at.

Admission to the Saturday performance is free and donations are welcome. Wine and Fiddlehead will be available for sale by the glass and lght supper specialties will be on hand from the Luiza's Homemade With Love Pierogies. Seating will be set up both in the Loft and in the Tasting Room and, weather permitting, doors to the patio will be open as well, so if you prefer to be outdoors, bring a cozy sweater and come on over early to find a seat and settle in with us for a warm and mellow evening of great music.
