The Calais Cemetery Commission invites you to attend a special advanced care planning event with guest speaker Michelle Acciavatti. Michelle is an end-of-life specialist who wants to educate the community about their options as they think about end-of-life and how they are memorialized. She started Ending Well to help people plan, prepare, and experience their own good death.

Please join us for a potluck dinner followed by a presentation and discussion.

Topics to include: WILLS & PAPERWORK, HOME FUNERALS, GREEN BURIALS

Learn ways to: incorporate your values into your end of life plans; be an empowered and engaged participant in your end of life planning and care; conduct a personal and meaningful funeral at home, and make eco-friendly, affordable choices for your remains.
