The changing of the seasons is an important time. Learn how to gracefully transition from fall to winter using yogic and Ayurvedic principles.
• Learn cooking techniques to support seasonal eating, detoxification and healthy digestion.
• Discover your personal constitution.
• Practice yoga techniques for building strength, flexibility and finding balance.
• Take home tools for balanced, healthy living (recipes, yoga home practice sequences, daily routines, etc)
• The workshop will conclude with a light meal of kitchari (avuryedic stew).
