“What is wrong with the rule of law”
Chief Justice Reiber chaired the 2010 Vermont Commission on Judicial Operation
which informed legislation unifying the state court system. He promises a “provocative”
talk about the courts and how they fit broadly within the structure of government. He
is hoping for a question and answer session as part of the discussion.
