I hope you can join us this Indigenous People’s Day (otherwise known as Columbus Day) to march from UVM’s Davis Center down to the DoubleTree Hilton in solidarity with the indigenous anti-pipeline activist protectors in North Dakota and calling for a ban on fossil fuel infrastructure in Vermont. Speaking at the rally includes Beverly Little Thunder, enrolled member of the Standing Rock Lakota tribe, Chief Don Stevens along with other local Abenaki leaders and local drumming band Sambatucada. Bring the whole family!

Where: Outside upper entrance of Davis Center (University of Vermont, Burlington) then marching to the DoubleTree Hotel.
