Hungry Heart film showing at CCV in Winooski this Friday, October 18 at 7:00 PM

Kingdom County productions is showing a powerful film on addiction in our local community at CCV Winooski on Friday, October 18. Tickets are $12 at the door/ Free admission for CCV students. Parking is free for all in the Winooski garage.

The Hungry Heart explores the world of prescription drug addiction through the intimate world of VT Pediatrician Fred Holmes who works with patients struggling with this disease. The film provides an intimate look at the often hidden world of addiction and recovery and reveals the many challenges that Dr. Holmes and his patients face in confronting a relentless and difficult disease.

There will be a panel discussion afterwards.
