This is a great weekend for kids and books! On Saturday, October 8:
Award-winning illustrator Christopher Denise and author Anika Denise will lead story hour at 11 am at the Flying Pig Bookstore in celebration of their new books, MONSTER TRUCKS and LUCY'S LOVEY. Ages 2-6.
Chris Tebbetts, co-author with James Patterson of the MIDDLE SCHOOL book series, will hold a Q&A at PALACE 9 CINEMAS after the 4 pm showing of "Middle School: The Worst Years of My Life" during its opening weekend!
He'll answer questions about the differences between the movie and the books, what it's like to co-write books with James Patterson, and more.

Finally, the Pierson Library is holding its annual book sale this weekend!
With all these events, your kids will be very well read and have a blast!
