This year's Festival is kicked off with the Library's Book sale at 10am, and the Made in Vershire Shop is open at the same time and is participating in the Vermont Crafters Open studio weekend with demonstrations.
Bring your apple pies and your centerpiece entries for our contests to the Town center by 11:00am. The prizes for the Apple Pie and Centerpiece contests are Gift Certificates to the Made in Vershire Shop.
We have added a Flea Market this year to the events. If you are interested in a table please contact Aaron Hoopes 685-4448.
The Town Center Events start at 11am and the Historical Society is open.
Stone Soup made by the Vershire Town Clerk with ingredients donated by local people and buisnesses. The bread is being made by Hatties Cafe in Strafford, we would like to thank them for their willingness to donate a couple loaves to this wonderful event. Desserts are the apple pies. Fresh apple cider and donuts will be available as well.
Activities: Guess the pumpkin weight, Scholarship Quilt raffle, Kung Fu demonstration, Apple cider pressing
Kids games include- mini pumpkin painting, beanbag tosses, tug of war, walk Coconut the friendly alpine goat and more.
