Farm to Medicine Cabinet, Herbal Health Workshop
SATURDAY, OCTOBER 8, 9-12
Kate Westdijk, Food Systems Research Specialist at UVM, will take you on a tour of medicinal plants on the Horticulture Farm, followed by demonstrations of ways to prepare the plants for your family's medicine cabinet. Recipes included. Everyone goes home with something they have prepared.
