VOLUNTEER QUALITY OF LIFE FACILITATOR TRAINING
Brattleboro, Vermont. On Mondays, October 17, 24 and Nov 7, 6-9 p.m. Brattleboro Area Hospice will host a Volunteer Quality of Life Facilitator Training with TAKING STEPS BRATTLEBORO. The training will take place at Brattleboro Area Hospice, 191 Canal Street. Brattleboro. This is the required 3 session training to become a volunteer to facilitate Advance Care Planning - Quality of Life discussions in the community. There is an online prerequisite course before the training. Application and Interview are required. There are only 3 openings remaining--call now.
Volunteers learn the Respecting Choices gold standard method of Advance Care Planning. See Respecting Choices.org for more information about the nationwide implementation of this method.
Brattleboro Area Hospice (BAH) is an independent, non-profit organization that provides non-medical support to dying and grieving community members and volunteer-staffed assistance with Advance Care Planning.
