Hi everyone, Roscoe Court is having a fall/winter yard sale this Friday (9/30), and Saturday (10/1) from 9am-4pm both days. More families will be participating on Saturday than Friday. Expected items include fall and winter related goods including: household items, winter clothing and sports gear, kids toys, holiday items, and more.

Roscoe Court is located near Hiawatha elementary school off of West St. If coming from Pearl St. in the Junction, make a left onto South Summit, a right onto West St., and Roscoe Court will be on your right just before passing Hiawatha elementary. Some people refer to us as "the new neighborhood with lots of color"
