A family-fun event to benefit the Green Mountain United Way & Tatum's Totes:

The Vermont College of Fine Arts is hosting a special red carpet Vermont premiere of the new movie, "The Great Gilly Hopkins" from the book written by Katherine Paterson.

This premiere is hitting 7 cities across America including our very own Stowe, Vermont on October 7, 2016 at the Stowe Cinema 3Plex. There will be two showings,
•a 4:00 pm matinee screening for families and children at $10 per ticket
•an evening showing starting with a panel discussion including Katherine Paterson, her son and producer, David Paterson, and moderated by M.T. Anderson (National Book Award Winner) at 7 pm. The evening showing will be $30 per ticket with a complimentary glass of wine.

Bear Pond Books will be selling copies of the book and Katherine will be signing after both showings. All proceeds will go to support Tatum's Totes and area foster children.
